Naveen Jain: Nurturing Ideas

He was once a student in India who had big dreams. Naveen Jain tried his luck and found his way to the shores of the United States where he would begin a long and illustrious career as one of he movers of the technology boom. He knew what was like to build from scratch; to start with a mere idea and hope that someone would also share in his sentiments. Naveen Jain trained his skills and familiarized himself with the industry by working at Microsoft under another brilliant leader, Bill Gates. He knew what entrepreneurship was all about because he was once just a man with an idea.

And this idea of his later translated into two companies he founded, together with some of his fellow workers at Microsoft; InfoSpace in 1996 and Intelius in 2003. Naveen Jain advocates that his companies are always about making a difference.

At present, Intelius and its head are very proud to be supporting an advocacy for entrepreneurship through the Kairos Society. He believes that business is all about making the community better and Naveen Jain believes that the success of the community will mainly depend upon the little ideas that these budding entrepreneurs have. Kairos brings together young entrepreneurs to share ideas and insights that would somehow encourage them to carry on with their entrepreneurial goals. It is an arena where these exchanges can lead to the creation of businesses that will revolutionize the world in the near future. Through dialogues and mentorship, these young minds will find out that to succeed in business is to cooperate with others who have similar ideas with theirs.

Naveen Jain and Intelius supports Kairos because it provides young entrepreneurs with a chance to network their ideas and learn a thing or two about what real business is all about.
